I've run a few 5ks and saw this race and now after reading your review am very excited. Thanks also for posting your mile times and heart rate. My goal is to keep it between 165-170 for the first half, then 170-175 during the second half...we will see if that get's me an 8 minute mile pace...are you running this year (2009)?
